for the lightness of being, for authenticity, in people and in situations.
The goal of facilitation is to get to the core, to the inner truth, to
the point of power and to encourage and support basic qualities. In actual
fact, everybody is looking for this quality, for the moments and the situations
in which we come to life; we are looking for the quality without a name.
Inner and outer images are the medium of VISUAL FACILITATION in order to support individuals or large groups in their search. We help people and organizations to take responsibility for creating links to their past and present, in order to meet the future with hope.
VISUAL FACILITATION epitomizes for us active listening, intuition, sensitivity, respect and love. It requires creativity, knowledge and experience as well as courage to trust the pictures that emerge.
We have developed the 7-step KuS model to support your process development,
facilitation and coaching. As a compass, tool, point of reference, setting
in which to act with pictures.
